Lahore Smart City Launched the 3rd Payment plan, which is applicable from 3rd March 2022. Residential Plots are open for booking both in Executive and overseas Block. Silicon Valley Business Park

Silicon Valley Business Park is for business and commercial purposes. This block is to cover the technologies and Logistics departments. There will be an IT Department, Warehouse, Residential Apartments, operational Technology Offices, and Retail and corporate offices. Silicon Valley Business Park location can be accessed from NH45 GT road, and it is right after Sector B and right Beside Gate Precinct.

Downtown Lahore

Downtown is next to Boulevard Heights and between Waterfront View zone 1 and Overseas 1, making its location relatively prime inside the Society. Moreover, it can help quickly from all four access points: Lahore Eastern Bypass, NH45 GT road, Lahore M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway, and Lahore Chak 44 road. Logistic & Outlet Mall

As per management’s instructions, Lahore Smart City Logistics & Outlet Mall may also be used only for commercial purposes. But it is, according to the proposed Lahore smart city master plan 2021, that society may develop residential apartments later. It will be announced in the next modified master plan. It is expected that a mix of residential and commercial malls will be constructed here of 4,12 and 15 Kanal.

Logistic & Outlet Mall can be accessed from the Lahore M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway and NH45 GT road. It is on the left side, right after Sports Districts. Also, it can directly be accessed from the Lahore Eastern Bypass, Ring Road.

Central Business District

Lahore Smart City Central Business District will be a center for all business activities. It will be the most significant commercial area in society, and it will be like a Main commercial hub. G+5 to G+10 high-rise buildings will be established in the Central Business District. It has direct access from NH45 GT road, and it can also be accessed from the M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway. Furthermore, this block can be accessed from the Lahore Eastern Bypass M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway.

Global Village

As the name suggests, Lahore Smart City Global Village is only for commercial purposes. There will be no residential properties here, and different Brands will be disclosed here for commercial purposes only. Boulevard Heights & Commercial Block

Lahore Smart City Theme Park will be constructed in this society in the most accessible location. In February 2021, Lahore Smart City got its NOC. In May 2021, machinery moved there for construction. In the last 7 to 8 months, the green area, Sectors A and B, has almost been completed. The Society aims to complete executive, Overseas, Panda District, Theme Park, commercial heights, and Grand Mosque in 2022. In the last 7 months, Society has accomplished a lot, and it will be doing it again and again by completing other blocks of Lahore Smart City.

Lahore Smart City 7 Marla and 10 Marla Villas are developing hurriedly. Moreover, the water tank has also been developed here. The bridge is also under construction for the railway. Browning of commercial roads and the main boulevard has also been done. Moreover, the Internet and fiber have already come to Society. Management has been working to bring Sui gas here too.

Lahore Smart City Balloting 2022

The Lahore Smart City Balloting process may start in June and July 2022. HRL and FDHL have not made any official announcement. But from authentic resources, it is expected that executive and overseas block balloting will be done first.

Possession Announced For Residential & Commercial Plots 2022

As per the Notice Lahore Smart City management released in January 2022, Possession will be started for Sectors A and B in March and May 2022, respectively. Lahore Smart City Possession is a major step by society as this is the first time possession will be handed over.
